Marissa went above and beyond while taking care of our pets while we were out of town. It snowed A LOT and Marissa took the time to care for our home- she shoveled our front path and put down salt, and she was even so thoughtful that she put up the windshield wipers on our cars. We were dreading the conditions when we came home, but she was like a fairy godmother who made everything better!

This was my first time ever using Rover and I couldn’t have gotten more lucky with choosing Alana to care for my girl the week I was out of town, this was a wonderful experience! Alana did daily stop-in visits for my cat and I couldn’t have felt more at ease. Each day I received updates and photos, and it was clear my cat was comfortable and well cared for. Olive’s food and water was refreshed, her litter box was clean, and she was well cared for with play time and affection. Coming home to a well cared for and happy cat was the best feeling. Great experience. I have two dogs that cannot get along and are isolated from one another. Don’t hate me but they are rescues. Z managed to feed them let them out with no incidence. Z was respectful of my home and I never let a person here without me. Z took care of my babies like Z’s own. Highly recommend.

Colleen is great! She is so nice and flexible. She has taken great care of Wilbur and was kind enough to add in my mom’s dog while she was visiting last minute. Wilbur loves Colleen and gets so excited when she comes over!

Justice is great! One of our dogs is pretty shy and usually needs to meet people several times but he warmed up to her after the meet and greet. She’s also helping with training our puppy which is super helpful.

Amanda is always the best!! Takes care of our crazy high energy pup with such patience. Keeps us updated and sends the best pictures!

Shari was amazing! She took care of our small dog and two young cats for a week while we were on vacation across the country. She sent cute pictures and detailed notes of her daily visits. She played with our pets in addition to visiting/walking our dog 3x a day. Our dog can't wait until our next trip so she can get Shari's snuggles and treats lol. Shari followed our pet care instructions were followed to a T! She also resolved a schedule discrepancy and refunded us before we left for our trip, and did a few minor house chores (turned lights on/off, took out garbage can, checked for downed branches after a wind storm) while we were away. Our family and our fur babies will love having Shari as a pet sitter again!

I can’t say enough great things about Tracy. She puts my mind at ease whenever I’m away from my fur babies whether she stays or does drop-ins. She is thorough, kind, and makes sure everything your pets may need are taken care of. I highly recommend her for all services.
