Great communication! She really cares about your pet’s well being and sends frequent pictures that are fun to see every day! Our dog is a bit tentative but she really made him feel comfortable! Will definitely use again…I booked it not living in there area bc I needed care away from our home and she was so very loving

Coming from a first time dog owner and a first time Rover app user—Megan was truly a life saver. She was very prompt and professional considering my booking was made last minute. From the initial conversation she made me feel that she actually cared about my dog and that was warm and welcoming. Megan sent me pictures and video updates throughout the stay and it just made me feel at ease knowing that my dog was safe and having fun with her fur babies. Thanks to Megan, my experience with the app has been tremendous. She even gave us a card and treats for my boy when we left! I will definitely recommend her to any other dog parents I know. Lacy was very attentive to our dogs needs. She sent daily photos and updates which helps us feel at ease. We will definitely use her again for boarding.

Jermaine and Veronica were great with my high energy puppy! I also booked with less than 48 hours notice so being available last minute was a life saver! I didnt receive any photos but I didn't ask ahead of time or request any during his stay. I was very busy while I was away so getting some unprompted photos would've been nice but again, I didn't request any so that's no fault of his, just some feedback. Jermaine did respond to every message I sent in a timely manner.

Amy did a fantastic job following all the directions I gave her for my pup! There was quite a lot to keep track of and she took care of everything and sent me lots of updates to ease my mind while out of town. I know my dog had a blast!

We feel very comfortable leaving Mazie with Sandee. We know Mazie is safe (and spoiled) while Sandee provides excellent care. After a recent 3 night stay we collected a happy and relaxed girl. 🐾😊

My dogs loved Julie and her family! Julie was so nice and patient with us as it was our first time leaving the girls. She sent pictures throughout the weekend and sent little messages as well letting us know how they were doing. We felt so comfortable leaving our girls with her and will definitely be using her going forward! We are so thankful for her!

Brenda and her crew were awesome. Stella our fog was happy and felt right at home. They followed her eating regime and exercise routine. The home is very prepared to board and the backyard is a terrific space. Brenda gets my total support as a Top Shelf program

Samantha is amazing with Marley. Marley loved being there. She was able to run and play in a big yard that unfortunately we dont have. Samantha even trimmed her nails for us without asking for extra money. She is a great caregiver!
