It is evident that Sandra makes sure Chai feels safe and at home with her. She stayed the night for a couple nights with her, and I’m confident she was in good hands.

Patti was so responsive and such a great sitter for our pup! We’re so grateful she was available - this was the first time we’d left him with a new person in years and she was so understanding and communicative. Thank you, Patti!!!

Nancy was absolutely wonderful from the very beginning. She kept us updated throughout Elvis’s stay with frequent photos and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was clear that she genuinely cared for him, and Elvis looked happy, relaxed, and well loved the entire time. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This was our first time using Rover. In 10 years of having dogs, we have always boarded them at our Veterinarian or other boarding facilities. We had such a good experience boarding our dog with Jill & Thomas in their home that we'll be using them instead for any future boarding needs. Communication was great from booking all the way through pickup, including them sending pictures and updates while we were away. They have a non-smoking home, which was a requirement for us. We loved that they have a fenced in yard, which our dog is used to, and she got to spend some time around their dogs, which she doesn't get in a 1 pet family. And bonus, they had an extra crate. Since she is used to sleeping in one, this meant that we didn't need to bring ours!

Sara took a great care of our little Leo. She gave brief updates and photos every day on how Leo is having fun at her place. I am glad that we left our little guy with Sara.

Emily was great! Agreed to watch my dog with short notice and took care of him for the weekend. Would definitely book again

Kayla did an outstanding job watching Peter. He came home calm and well rested. I'm so glad he got to interact with her children. Kayla sent pictures and was quick to respond to texts. Peter and I will definitely contact her again for dogsitting.

Cecilia was absolutely fantastic! She helped me out from a bind & was able to watch both my dogs overnight starting from the previous afternoon. I was a little nervous leaving the dogs at first just bc of their little quirks but she really helped put me at ease & took great care of them. She was very responsive each time I reached out during scheduling & throughout the stay & even sent pictures, which I was extremely appreciative of! She had a few dogs the wekeend they stayed with was awesome, & it was great to get my pups back happy & exhausted. Definitely contact again when needed in the future ?

Amber took great care of our dog, Topee, while we were away. Before our trip, she took the time to meet Topee and get to know him, which immediately gave us confidence that he would be in great hands. He came home happy, healthy, and well cared for. Amber also sent us photos from his walks and thoughtful updates that gave us peace of mind and made it easy to enjoy our trip. We would not hesitate to book Amber again. Pooja was easy-going and very kind to Goose. Goose is old and pretty mellow but sometimes nervous with new people. He did not seem nervous with her or Chloe. We will definitely reach out to Pooja again.
