Joseph was great with our kitties, and made our first experience with Rover wonderful. Joseph was able to pickup the last minute request and was a lifesaver. We’d recommend anyone needs care for their fur babies.

Jeannette is very caring and dependable. She provided detailed feedback and photos which gave us comfort on our trip. We will definitely use her again!

She was very responsive/communicative, followed all of my instructions carefully, and always kept me informed of any observations or issues. Stephanie was my first pet sitter with Rover, and I was really apprehensive about leaving my cat for 2 weeks. Stephanie not only went above and beyond to reassure me, but she was flexible with the booking and checking on my house while I was away. She provided detailed updates with plenty of pictures, followed all instructions, and exceeded expectations. My normally skittish cat took to Stephanie immediately, which I know had to do with Stephanie, because she didn’t come out for anyone else that stopped by the house. I had a wonderful experience, and would definitely request Stephanie for any future pet sitting needs.

I couldn’t be happier with the care my cat received! Nikki went above and beyond to make sure my fur baby was comfortable, happy, and well cared for while I was away. They provided daily updates, complete with pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind. She was patient with my shy girl and my crazy kitten!

Jenni and Matt work together, and my cat met Matt first and fell in love with him! More than once, he has stayed at our house, and I feel very reassured when he is there. My cat sits on him, purrs, and plays with him. I highly recommend him!
