Jacob did an outstanding job caring for our rabbit, Bunny, while we were away. He was incredibly communicative, responded quickly to every message, and always arrived on time, staying for the full visit. He had no trouble giving Bunny her medication, sent thoughtful updates and great photos after each visit, and made us feel completely at ease. We also came home to everything spotless and exactly as we had left it, which we really appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to book Jacob again and will absolutely be asking him to watch Bunny the next time we travel!

Exceptional Care for Two Special-Needs Cats Jennifer provided outstanding care for our two cats during a three-day trip, and we couldn’t be more grateful. One of our cats is diabetic and requires glucose monitoring along with insulin injections twice daily. Our other cat has chronic kidney disease, so careful observation of food and water intake, litter box habits, and overall behavior is extremely important. Jennifer handled every aspect of their care with professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine compassion. She kept us informed with regular updates, closely monitored both cats, and quickly noticed even subtle changes in their routines and behaviors. It was clear that she treated our pets as if they were her own. Knowing that our diabetic cat was receiving accurate glucose readings and insulin injections on schedule gave us tremendous peace of mind while we were away. Caring for senior cats with medical needs requires experience, reliability, and dedication, and Jennifer exceeded our expectations in every way. We returned home to two happy, healthy, and well-cared-for cats. We highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and compassionate pet sitter, especially for pets with medical conditions. Samantha was wonderful! I had such peace of mind knowing my diabetic cats were being cared for by someone with her level of knowledge and experience. Plus, she managed to befriend my one cat who usually hides from strangers. That was huge. Will definitely book Sam again!

This is the third time I've had Leanne do drop-in visits for my kitty Bandit. I had to contact Leanne urgently as we needed to go out of town unexpectedly for my father's funeral. Leanne was very prompt with responding back to me and was able to do drop-in visits kind of last minute for several days. Leanne is super efficient and prompt and always gave me a detailed Rover card after each visit with a few photos. It was a load off my mind that Bandit was well cared for during this difficult time for me.

After another sitter canceled last minute, Emily was able to come in and watch my cats on short notice (over the holiday, at that!) She always did her check-ins in a timely manner and provided detailed updates. I’m very happy and would book with her again.

Courtney is magnificent. We have an older cat, who demands lots of attention. We were worried about going away for such a long time, but Courtney gave her extra cuddles and really spent a lot of time with her. It really gave us peace of mind to know our "Old Lady" was in such good hands.
