Jo was amazing with Little Bear! Communication was steady and on point! Little Bear opened up to him immediately and I see from all of the amazing videos and photos that Jo sent me on a daily basis with him and Little Bear that they hit it off really well! Down from play, to pampering, to feeding , to cleaning up after and entertaining Little Bear Jo did an amazing job and I will definitely be utilizing his services again real soon! You can tell that Jo really enjoys what he does and he is trustworthy which is a PLUS! Little Bear really enjoyed Jo, which is MOST important in my book! We would absolutely use Sarah again. She was so kind and compassionate. You could tell she really enjoyed taking care of our cat. She sent us plenty of pictures and videos while keeping us updated. She stayed overnight and kept the house clean. Wouldn't hesitate to use Sarah again!

They provided daily updates, complete with pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind. She was patient with my shy girl and my crazy kitten!
