She was perfect. I was skeptical of letting someone in my house for a whole week, but Melanie did amazing. She takes REALLY good/fun pictures of your pets while you're away too! Would use again for sure

We were so fortunate to find Jacqueline! We booked her for a few-day boarding for our dog, Siberian husky, and drop-in visits for our cat, and were very pleased with both. We loved receiving daily picture updates. Jacqueline was even bringing our dog every time she was checking on our cat which meant a lot, since our dog had a chance to visit a familiar environment. I highly recommend Jacqueline for any of your pets care needs! She is experienced, reliable, responsive and patient!

The individual I had lined up to care for my cat while I was out of town came down with the flu. Neena saved the day when she accommodated my last minute need.
