Rachel did a wonderful job taking care of my cats while I was out of town. My cats even came out to meet her and loved her. Very professional and reliable. I will definitely call her again when I go out of town!

Jessica was an awesome caretaker for Mayo! She was conscientious and thorough, giving my kitty quality time together while keeping him happily fed and cleaning the litter box. And she kept me informed with daily notes and photos. I highly recommend Jessica for your pet!

Jacob did an outstanding job caring for our rabbit, Bunny, while we were away. He was incredibly communicative, responded quickly to every message, and always arrived on time, staying for the full visit. He had no trouble giving Bunny her medication, sent thoughtful updates and great photos after each visit, and made us feel completely at ease. We also came home to everything spotless and exactly as we had left it, which we really appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to book Jacob again and will absolutely be asking him to watch Bunny the next time we travel!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Lori. This is our first time using Rover.com, we definitely were blessed with the BEST .. Lori went above and beyond in extraordinary circumstance while we had a blizzard in progress she made it to each appointed time and then came over extra visits. Lori went above and beyond to ensure our Evie had extra food & water since our area had travel restrictions in place during a 20" snow event. WE cannot say how much this meant while we were across the country. Truly, Lori is a Gem and we look forward to our "official" new kitty sitter when we travel. Thank you for loving on Evie like your own, it meant everything to Jeff & I.

Siara was a wonderful sitter for our cat. She gave timely updates and shared cute photos. We did our meet and greet virtually as a video chat and she understood all of the directions, even the medications.

This is the third time I've had Leanne do drop-in visits for my kitty Bandit. I had to contact Leanne urgently as we needed to go out of town unexpectedly for my father's funeral. Leanne was very prompt with responding back to me and was able to do drop-in visits kind of last minute for several days. Leanne is super efficient and prompt and always gave me a detailed Rover card after each visit with a few photos. It was a load off my mind that Bandit was well cared for during this difficult time for me.
