Dog Boarding in Hickory Ridge

My dog was sooo happy with Jen, I was afraid he wouldn't want to come home (lol)! Jen was very attentive and made sure to send lots of pics and videos. We highly recommend Jen and look forward to bringing our pup back for our next trip!

Mr. Charlie took great care of my little Mandy and provided daily updates. We will definitely use him again.

This was our first time using Rover. In 10 years of having dogs, we have always boarded them at our Veterinarian or other boarding facilities. We had such a good experience boarding our dog with Jill & Thomas in their home that we'll be using them instead for any future boarding needs. Communication was great from booking all the way through pickup, including them sending pictures and updates while we were away. They have a non-smoking home, which was a requirement for us. We loved that they have a fenced in yard, which our dog is used to, and she got to spend some time around their dogs, which she doesn't get in a 1 pet family. And bonus, they had an extra crate. Since she is used to sleeping in one, this meant that we didn't need to bring ours!

I had to leave a situation fast and needed somewhere safe for my two cats. Rackeem was quick to answer and happy to help even when I gave VERY uncertain ETAs. My cats were well cared for. I highly recommend this sitter who was gentle, kind, knowledgeable and gave updates throughout my cats’ stay.

Brittany did an amazing job taking care of our dog Leo! She made sure to send us many updates and pictures. Brittany took care of Leo like her own dog, and Leo had a blast here. I will definitely recommend her to everyone.

Latoya is the best! My puppy son Brucey was comfortable and well taken care of. There was regular status updates. I was very pleased and happy with the care. I highly recommend Latoya and will definitely be scheduling another visit for Brucey!

She (and husband) was amazing! Their home is Immaculate !She sent alot of pics and videos which really calmed my anxiety about Gios first time being away from home and being around other dogs..He did great she said especially for a puppy.I t was my 1st time using this service and I highly reccomend Zackie.

I cannot praise this lady enough!! I felt completely secure leaving my babies with her! She communicated greatly throughout their stay and shared details with me to keep me at ease. She's extremely understanding and patient with my rescue babies as they warmed up to her and the family. Oleander gained a girlfriend during his stay too ? We will definitely be back! ❤️

Nancy was absolutely wonderful from the very beginning. She kept us updated throughout Elvis’s stay with frequent photos and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was clear that she genuinely cared for him, and Elvis looked happy, relaxed, and well loved the entire time. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This was a first timer for me to drop my dog off somewhere new without doing an in person meet and greet before care. However, we have Covid to thank for that. Nevertheless, Kelly was great with slowly introducing my dog into her home and family. Seeing the photos and videos put me at ease. Also, hearing she slept in her daughter’s room I can tell she received the love as if she was in the comfort of her own home. Plus we got all smiles and no attitude from her when we got back ?. Alyssa took AMAZING care of our baby while we were out of town for 4 nights. She made the whole experience super easy, considering traveling with our two kids is never simple or easy. She was able to pick up and drop off Artemis at times that fit our schedule. She frequently sent messages and pictures to check in with us. She even bathed him while he was with her. Artemis had a great time with her and her dog. We’ll definitely be using her again for our next trip! ?
