Lacy was very kind and easy to communicate with. She checked in every visit with photos and updates, and my shy cats even came out for her, which really impressed me! I appreciated knowing my cats were safe while I was away.

Great job-took good care of our little girls and even took the stinky trash out.

Malia did a great job taking care of our 3 cats. We had some obnoxiously complicated instructions because one of the kitties has some special needs. I so appreciate the extra effort and great communication. Thanks so much, Malia!

Both cats seemed very comfortable with Laura. They were appropriately fed and the litter boxes scooped.

Heather was amazing in looking after our shy cat Shiva! Besides the frequent photos and daily updates, she went above and beyond in doing extra items while we were away for over a week -- truly appreciated! This is the first time using Rover for drop-in visits and will definitely be using her services again for future trips, based on her availability ❤️

My cats love Marcus! Even my senior boy Miles who usually hides from strangers came out for him, which says a lot as he's slow to trust people he doesn't know, especially when I'm not there to provide a sense of security for him. Something came up during the stay but Marcus communicated this to me and was able to resolve it with no problems. I've used him multiple times and have always been pleased with the care he has provided to my babies. We will soon be moving out of the area and I'm already sad about having to find a new sitter. Molly, Milo, Max, and Miles will miss the honorary bonus member of the "M" name crew! Thanks for everything!

Lucia is obviously an animal lover. She visited Mac a few times before we left so he would get to know her. He’s very shy but eventually came out and sat on the couch, a big step for him. My home was in perfect condition when we returned. My mind was at ease the whole time we were away.

Amber was amazing with my cat Pepper while I was away, she sent photos of him to ensure he was ok and went above and beyond when my stay was extended and I had to add an extra day. I would highly recommend her to all pet parents looking for a pet sitter!

Jennifer was great! She took care of my cat for a few days, making daily visits. She is very friendly and owns many of her own pets. I would recommend Jennifer and hope to use her again.

Steve provides my cats with loving care while I am away. I have one cat who is difficult and can be unfriendly and he has won her over! He sends pictures of her sitting on his lap! He is always prompt and thoroughly cleans the litter box. I love the photo updates he sends while visiting with the cats - I can tell that they are well-cared for. He truly loves animals - it is very obvious from the care and attention they receive.

She took great care of my kittens. Will definitely use her again!
