Elizabeth was/is amazing ! she was prompt and great with messaging, sending photos , reaching out with any questions. the house is amazing obviously she cleaned up litter, hay , disposed of wet food cans ... I could not be happier ! It really made the difference in being able to relax on vaca especially with insane heat. She went above and beyond checking thermostat and adjusting as needed ! thank you - will be in touch next vaca .

Samantha was so good with my 10 year old cat who recently started medication and needs to take it twice a day at very specific times. She came out for a meet and greet on short notice to make sure my cat let her administer her medication before I booked and she really gave me peace of mind for my trip. This was the first time I had used rover and my cat is not used to being by herself so I was really nervous but Samantha was always punctual, spent the full 30 minutes twice a day playing with her, brushing her, and giving her all the pets, and sent updates consistently so I definitely recommend Samantha! Can’t thank Samantha enough!

Our pet sitter did an amazing job today! She took such great care of our dogs and cat, giving us complete peace of mind while we were away. She even went the extra mile by bringing all of our packages inside for us, which was so thoughtful and appreciated. It's clear she genuinely cares about both the pets and her clients. Rachel was amazing! We’ve had some issues with food aggression so I’m always nervous finding a new sitter. Rachel was so focused and diligent about finding out the right information at our meet and greet and my boys immediately loved her! They did great with drop in visits and seemed so happy she was there. Highly recommend Rachel!

Chrissy was great! She watched our cat Zazzles for 1 week while my husband and I were out of town. She was so good about keeping us updated on how she was doing, sending us pictures, and sending us videos. She made going away that much more relaxing. I will definitely be reaching out to Chrissy again in the future!
