Michaela far exceeded our expectations for first time users of Rover. She went above any beyond to take care of our 2 pups while we were out of town. Mia is a five star petsitter. She accommodated my requests for a meet and greet as well as an additional pre-petsitting meeting to go over details particular to the dogs routines and how things work in the house. This was a particularly worrisome vacation for us, over the 4th of July, since one of our two dogs is sound sensitive to fireworks. Mia managed the situation professionally and with empathy. The communication about this and throughout our vacation was very good. I appreciate that Mia asks questions when she doesn't know something (like how to switch the breaker back on!). Our dogs appeared unstressed and well taken care of upon our return. It was obvious the rugs had been vacuumed and everything was clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Mia and would hire her again!

Sarah took wonderful care of our 2 boston terriers. She sent us pictures with updates. It was an overnight visit. Our home was left very tidy. I would highly recommend Sarah.

Nina was wonderful! We are so glad that we found her to stay with our dog Tater. She was with him every night for a week. She took him on adventures and spent time with him. We couldn’t have asked for a better person for our boy.

Kathleen is wonderful! She is so caring and gives each of our three pets the individual attention they need. She had some great tips for some challenges we were having with our dogs after spending the week with them and had no trouble giving our sassy cat medicine. This is the third time she’s stayed at our house to care for them and we are so glad we found her!

Rebecca was excellent. My dog can be a handful with lots of energy and the zoomies. Rebecca was patient with my pit mix and kept the house clean while staying the night.
