Morgan responded to my booking request promptly and was very communicative throughout the process and during my actual trip. She followed my instructions and did a great job with my two cats.

Kelly is nothing short of fantastic. Being a first time Rover user, and never even previously leaving a pet outside the care of a trusted immediate family member, I was a bit nervous. Kelly took extra time to provide an overview of what the process looks like, expectations, and plenty of reassurance. During my time away, Kelly lovingly cared for my shy little furball, sharing photos and text updates -- it was almost like I was there myself. She was respectful of my home and property, leaving everything in the same or better condition than how it was initially left. Kelly was so attentive and gentle that Luna (who hides from everyone!) actually showed interest in sharing play time. I look forward to working with Kelly much more in the coming years. We were so fortunate to find Jacqueline! We booked her for a few-day boarding for our dog, Siberian husky, and drop-in visits for our cat, and were very pleased with both. We loved receiving daily picture updates. Jacqueline was even bringing our dog every time she was checking on our cat which meant a lot, since our dog had a chance to visit a familiar environment. I highly recommend Jacqueline for any of your pets care needs! She is experienced, reliable, responsive and patient!

As always, Melanie did an excellent job checking in on my two cats. They were healthy and happy when I returned from vacation. I enjoyed seeing their photos each day. All was well in the house.

Susan did amazing watching our cat Dexter! She was easy to communicate with and kept us updated with great photos! We will be using her again!

The individual I had lined up to care for my cat while I was out of town came down with the flu. Neena saved the day when she accommodated my last minute need. I was even able to rely on her to get yo my home throughout the recent historic winter storm we had, despite the snow, sleet and ice. Thank you, Neena!

I left my little guy (cat) home for two weeks, for the first time. Jen was communicative during each drop-in, sent pictures, reported his behavior (even when he tried to follow her home!) and made me feel comfortable that he was in good hands my whole vacation. She even brought in boxes that we delivered. I will most definitely ask Jen for her services in the future!!
