Exceptional Care for Two Special-Needs Cats Jennifer provided outstanding care for our two cats during a three-day trip, and we couldn’t be more grateful. One of our cats is diabetic and requires glucose monitoring along with insulin injections twice daily. Our other cat has chronic kidney disease, so careful observation of food and water intake, litter box habits, and overall behavior is extremely important. Jennifer handled every aspect of their care with professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine compassion. She kept us informed with regular updates, closely monitored both cats, and quickly noticed even subtle changes in their routines and behaviors. It was clear that she treated our pets as if they were her own. Knowing that our diabetic cat was receiving accurate glucose readings and insulin injections on schedule gave us tremendous peace of mind while we were away. Caring for senior cats with medical needs requires experience, reliability, and dedication, and Jennifer exceeded our expectations in every way. We returned home to two happy, healthy, and well-cared-for cats. We were so fortunate to find Jacqueline! We booked her for a few-day boarding for our dog, Siberian husky, and drop-in visits for our cat, and were very pleased with both. We loved receiving daily picture updates. Jacqueline was even bringing our dog every time she was checking on our cat which meant a lot, since our dog had a chance to visit a familiar environment. I highly recommend Jacqueline for any of your pets care needs! She is experienced, reliable, responsive and patient!

Abby was an excellent caretaker for our two cats! She did an awesome job of communicating with us, sending regular updates, and truly taking the time to keep the kitties company. Jacob did an outstanding job caring for our rabbit, Bunny, while we were away. He was incredibly communicative, responded quickly to every message, and always arrived on time, staying for the full visit. He had no trouble giving Bunny her medication, sent thoughtful updates and great photos after each visit, and made us feel completely at ease. We also came home to everything spotless and exactly as we had left it, which we really appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to book Jacob again and will absolutely be asking him to watch Bunny the next time we travel!

I was so lucky to find Alyssa! She’s extremely reliable and very thorough in her care of my cat. He warmed up to her immediately and usually he’s very shy. She’s very intuitive and gentle with him and ensures his food and water are replenished and his litter is clean. I highly recommend her services and look forward to working with her again!

Diana was wonderful! She was extremely helpful in taking care of our pets on our two week vacation! Diana is kind, clean, communicative and followed all of the instructions I left to a tee. We were very thankful and happy with her services!

Kelly is nothing short of fantastic. Being a first time Rover user, and never even previously leaving a pet outside the care of a trusted immediate family member, I was a bit nervous. Kelly took extra time to provide an overview of what the process looks like, expectations, and plenty of reassurance. During my time away, Kelly lovingly cared for my shy little furball, sharing photos and text updates -- it was almost like I was there myself. She was respectful of my home and property, leaving everything in the same or better condition than how it was initially left. Kelly was so attentive and gentle that Luna (who hides from everyone!) actually showed interest in sharing play time. I look forward to working with Kelly much more in the coming years.
