Coming from a first time dog owner and a first time Rover app user—Megan was truly a life saver. She was very prompt and professional considering my booking was made last minute. From the initial conversation she made me feel that she actually cared about my dog and that was warm and welcoming. Megan sent me pictures and video updates throughout the stay and it just made me feel at ease knowing that my dog was safe and having fun with her fur babies. Thanks to Megan, my experience with the app has been tremendous. She even gave us a card and treats for my boy when we left! I will definitely recommend her to any other dog parents I know. Sureya was amazing. From our first encounter, she did a great job with communication and professionalism. She provided updates on Brooklyn and how he adjusted to the new environment.
