This is Loki and Charlotte’s second stay with Nicole and I could tell they enjoy staying with her and playing with Nicole’s furbabies. Nicole provides updates by sending random pictures of the pups. Thanks Nicole! 😊
Joseph and Reanaleena did an amazing job with my 2 shih tzus. I needed a last minute booking for day care for 3 days and they responded quickly. Booking wad a breeze and they too great care of my pups. Both of them were happy to go back on day 2 and 3 and were both relaxed (yet sleepy) after their fun days. 😀 We are moving out of town, but if we are ever back in Jax, these will be our go to folks if we need a trusted sitter for our shih tzus. We had such an amazing experience with our dog sitter while she watched Heidi and Tyreke! From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, professional, and caring, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing our dogs were in such good hands. She went above and beyond the entire time they were with her. One thing we appreciated so much was all of the updates she sent throughout the day. She constantly kept us informed with messages, photos, and little updates about how Heidi and Tyreke were doing, which honestly made being away from them so much easier. You can truly tell she genuinely loves animals and treats them like her own. Both dogs came home happy, relaxed, and clearly very well cared for. She paid attention to their needs, gave them lots of love and attention, and made sure they were comfortable the whole time. It’s not easy trusting someone with your pets, but she completely exceeded our expectations in every way. We are so grateful for the care she gave Heidi and Tyreke and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and loving dog sitter. We will definitely be using her again in the future!
Chyna is absolutely the best! She is the only one I trust my baby while vacationing! She is very sweet, keep us informed and send lots of pictures. You can leave your loved ones with her and have piece of mind they will be well taken care while away.
