Katherine was fantastic! She sent update-pictures, solved issues that came up (our automatic water machine stopped working for some reason and she was able to put out additional water for the cats), and she even gave them some playtime as well. Highly recommend and would book again!

When I tell you that I was SO nervous to take my first multiple-day trip after getting Figgy, I mean it. I left this poor girl a double sided sheet of instructions and put her thru my paranoid hell before I left, and she was so soothing, comforting, and graceful through all of it. Not only that, but she sent me suggestions for things I could buy for him based on the behaviors she observed (like a slow-feeder mat).
