Very reliable, knowledgeable about and cares for cats… Took care of my list of tasks to care for my cat and kept her company twice a day for the week I was gone. Had anxiety leaving my cat alone for the first time, but once I realized she was in good hands, I was able to relax on vacation without worrying about the wellbeing of my girl back home. She was so nice with her demeanor and spent time with us going over our routine. We had to use this service in a jam and we are hooked. Our ghost cat Ava never comes out. She played with her and held her and talked with her.by the last day they were buddies. She cleaned up the dishes and was really up to date with progress and pictures.
