Caitlin was over the top great. This was the first time using her and so glad we selected her. We were gone during hurricane Milton with the eye of the storm expecting to hit in our location she kept us updated before, during, and after. Not only keeping our 3 cats safe but preparing our place before the storm then cleaning up a small portion of flood damage after. The piece of mind she gave us during our trip was priceless. Brit was easy to communicate with and replied fast. When I had to change the reservation, she was very flexible and understanding. When she visited and fed my cat, she always sent photos. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dog-sitter or cat-sitter!

Shannen was a pleasant surprise!!! I was very concerned, hadn't used Rover before, my Annabelle is an older ornery girl........ She did an amazing job, Annabelle completely warmed up to her!! Got her to take walks and promptly sent updates and pics while I was out of town!!! I would highly recommend her and will be booking her again soon for future drop in visits!!!!

Teresa was great. Even when the plow didn’t show up, she trudged through the snow and ice to make sure our cat and bunnies were cared for. She was on time and made sure to send daily updates and photos. She also moved our heavy Xmas packages out of the snow and into the garage, and she even tidied up inside a bit. Above and beyond!
