Teresa was great. Even when the plow didn’t show up, she trudged through the snow and ice to make sure our cat and bunnies were cared for. She was on time and made sure to send daily updates and photos. She also moved our heavy Xmas packages out of the snow and into the garage, and she even tidied up inside a bit. Above and beyond!

Second time using Kelli to take care of our cats and couldn’t be more satisfied with her thoroughness and care looking after them. She communicates very well and goes above and beyond what we ask of her. Will definitely be using Kelli again!

Very reliable, knowledgeable about and cares for cats… Took care of my list of tasks to care for my cat and kept her company twice a day for the week I was gone. Had anxiety leaving my cat alone for the first time, but once I realized she was in good hands, I was able to relax on vacation without worrying about the wellbeing of my girl back home. Shannen was a pleasant surprise!!! I was very concerned, hadn't used Rover before, my Annabelle is an older ornery girl........ She did an amazing job, Annabelle completely warmed up to her!! Got her to take walks and promptly sent updates and pics while I was out of town!!! I would highly recommend her and will be booking her again soon for future drop in visits!!!!

Gail was kind enough to do a last minute meet and greet and drop-in. Meeka liked her immediately. Everything went great, I would definitely recommend her and plan to book her again.
