Courtney was able to approach my scaredy-cat with kindness and amazing skill. Courtney got him to allow her access near his esteemed highness🤣 and administer two injections per day. To be able to do that with a frightened cat requires someone who builds a connection with the animal clients. Very special ability.

Caitlin was over the top great. This was the first time using her and so glad we selected her. We were gone during hurricane Milton with the eye of the storm expecting to hit in our location she kept us updated before, during, and after. Not only keeping our 3 cats safe but preparing our place before the storm then cleaning up a small portion of flood damage after. The piece of mind she gave us during our trip was priceless.
