Kelli is an amazing sitter for our 3 cats! She follows all of our detailed instructions well, is very communicative and quick to let us know of any issues or concerns, very thoughtful if any problem solving is needed, and sends us great thorough updates and lots of pictures so we can see how our babies are doing while we are away! We will continue to work with Kelli as long as she will have us during any of our pet care needs! We would highly recommend Kelli to anyone, especially those looking for folks who are caring and considerate of cats needs, which can be quite different than those of other furry friends.

We were so happy to have Kyleigh take care of our cats while we were away! She was punctual, dependable, and clearly so caring with them. We especially loved getting pictures during each visit—it gave us such peace of mind and was so nice to see our kitties while we were gone. Mechell is a lovely woman and she is incredibly reliable. We left our female Siberian cat, 6 years old, in her care for the first time for a 1 week period in July 2026. We were apprehensive because it was the first time we have left our cat with a Rover service. Our experience, and that of our cat, was 100% positive. There was no indication on our return that our beloved cat had experienced undue stress during her stay and we will be boarding her with Mechell again. Mechell was sweet and very good about communicating with us promptly prior, during, and after the stay concerning our cat -- and the interaction between our cat and hers. It was a very positive experience. She sent several photos and updates while our cat was at her home, which was a welcome reassurance that all was well. Thankfully, Mechell has invited our cat back to stay with her whenever we travel subject to availability. I would recommend booking in advance, especially during holiday periods. Thank you, Mechell, for a wonderful experience.

Sydney was great! She truly cares and went the absolute extra mile when taking care of my cat pumpkin. I felt like he was in great hands and was impressed by her communication and how spotless she left everything. Would definitely recommend her and use her again!

I chose Taylor to watch my cat while we moved houses. I needed someone who didn’t have any other pets to help reduce stress. She was absolutely amazing during this process. She was very helpful and kept me informed on how the stay was going throughout each day. I would highly recommend!

Jodie is an amazing pet sitter. She took great care of all our cats. We have elderly cats on different medicines and are finicky eaters. Jodie did great with their long and complicated schedule. Jodie also left the house cleaner than we left it. Jodie was great at giving daily updates with videos and photos which gave us great peace of mind while away on our trip.

Carson was great at keeping me posted on my cats. She provided ample photos of them and made sure they were okay. She was a great communicator and always informed me when she would be there for them, and she reached out with questions if anything came up
