Kathy W was one of the nicest, caring people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Her promptness and obvious caring for my MewMew was truly reassuring and put me at ease. The daily pictures and updates were greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs pet care. She is truly an asset and wonderful representative of rover.com.
