She was incredibly understanding, communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure Tux was comfortable and well cared for. Her calm and kind nature made it easy for us to trust that Tux was in great hands. Tux did really well with her and seemed happy and relaxed when I picked him up.
She seriously saved our trip! We needed someone at the last minute because our dog was super anxious at our Airbnb, and she was able to take him in right away. She was also so flexible and able to keep him for daycare an additional day when our plans changed. She sent us lots of updates and pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in good hands.
