Richard did an absolutely terrific job caring for our senior cat, Yuki. He kept us updated via photos, videos, text messages, and daily summaries, which really gave us peace of mind while we were out of the country on vacation. We appreciate him so much and will definitely book with him in the future.
Picked up our rescue dog and my daughter's dog as a last-minute client after another sitter let us down a week before vacation. Was very patient and understanding of his triggers/behaviors and worked well with both dogs. Responsive and went out of her way to overcome challenges to meet the obligations of her duties. Highly recommend!
