Knowledgeable and kind to my kitties. They seemed to really warm up to you! He even brought our packages in for us!! It was our first time ever using rover so we were nervous. But we were put at ease because he was just so chill!

Ryan was great... Punctual and a great communicator ! We really appreciated the updates and the pictures of Pumpkin.
