Tanya is extremely professional, has a great memory, very reliable, and is super patient with new animals. She watched our three cats while we were out of town for the week and gave them some company. On first meeting her, she asked great questions regarding personality types and general instructions, and talked us through her soft approach to meeting our animals. She assured us that she’d devote her whole reserved time to sitting with them and letting them get to know her presence. Her notes were thorough and reassuring.
