Shannon is the best Cat Sitter Ever! On one of her visits she noted that my cat didn't come when called and had food in his bowl untouched. She knew something was wrong. She found that a window was opened and the screen was popped out (as my house sitter I had left it that way in spare room). She and my neighbor found him lounging in the front of the house which of course he had to bolt. Shannon lured him in with the promise of food! I am SO SO glad I found her on Rover and that she cared for Bowie as much as I do. 10 Stars

Being our first Rover experience, we were a little apprehensive to leave our cats in the care of people we didn't know well. Tiffany and Kirk, however, made us feel so comfortable throughout our trip. The pictures we recieved were taken like true pet parents (we even got some spooky filters for halloween), and the notes kept us in the loop on our cat's moods and activities. They tidied up tracked litter, cleaned food bowls, and kept our boys good company. They even brought in mail, and took care of a beeping smoke alarm for us. Overall very pleased and will definitely keep them in mind the next time we travel.

This was our first time using Rover and we are so lucky to have found Natalie. She is so nice, super friendly, and took great care of our 2 kitties. Natalie has great communication and is very reliable. Would absolutely rebook Natalie and highly recommend her!

Bailey was great. We appreciate the picture updates when we’re away and her patience with our cat and her needs. It’s great that she’s nearby. Would recommend her!
