If she’s ever running a few minutes behind, she keeps us updated, which we truly appreciate. What sets Courtney apart are her detailed walk reports. They’re so thoughtful and thorough that I feel like I was right there with her and Clifford, getting to experience their adventures together. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the pets she looks after and treats them as if they were her own. Knowing Clifford is in such loving and capable hands gives us complete peace of mind.
