I can’t say enough great things about Katie! This was my first time using Rover, and I was in a real bind — I needed someone very last minute to care for my little puppy, Oakley, who has never been left alone before. Katie stepped in so quickly and made me feel comfortable almost immediately. She has such an amazing, warm energy, and even though Oakley is usually very shy at first, she gravitated toward her right away. Katie kept me updated very often and sent me so many pictures of Oakley while I was away, which gave me so much peace of mind. I also want to add that her mom was amazing as well — they both have such warm personalities. We had great chats, and Oakley absolutely loved them both. I truly couldn’t have asked for anyone better to watch my sweet girl. I will definitely be a repeating customer for Katie!

We were so nervous leaving our 3 month old Mini Goldendoodle to go on vacation. We had never left her before and she was still recovering from 2 broken back legs. However, Arielle took the BEST care of her and kept us updated the entire time. We even received the cutest pictures of her while we were away! We are beyond thankful and grateful for everything Arielle did to take care of our sweet little Bambi! THANK YOU so much!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I dropped off my dog, I felt confident that she was in great hands. Communication was excellent throughout my entire trip—Kathryn provided daily updates, photos, and messages that gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. She administered my pups medication exactly as directed and went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, loved, and at home. It was clear from the updates and pictures that she was receiving plenty of attention and care. Not only are they exceptional dog sitters, but they are also genuinely kind and caring people. I was away for an extended period, and thanks to Kathryn’s attentiveness and communication, I was able to fully enjoy my trip without worrying about my dog. I would absolutely use her services again and highly recommend Kathryn to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter who provides personalized, one-on-one care. Nicolas was great at communicating and very attentive to our pup. He was very easy to coordinate with and accommodating to our schedule. Our pup loved him :)

Salta is great at keeping communication open and also sending pics and videos without asking. As our first time using an outside sitter I was super nervous especially with Rocky because he’s younger and not as accustomed to discipline. She made me feel really at ease with the stay. I’d definitely recommend her she even taught them a few tricks while they were there.

Mariana, is so wonderful! Great communication through out my dogs boarding. She took super good care of her and will always rebook as long as she will have us! Recommend Mariana to anyone, she is great!

Allyssa was great with the dogs and readily available with time changes. No issues with late drop off or early pick up. All three dogs seemed happy and healthy. Even forgot toys and she got them to us.

Rosalba was very easy to communicate with, so I felt very comfortable before I even met her that Hawk would be in a wonderful environment. He entered her home and I could tell that he felt comfortable immediately. I think he seemed a little sad to leave. We were all so happy to have met such a wonderful family. Hawk and his parents both say a big thank you to his new Florida family.

Amy and family were very loving towards Oreo. They kept me updated everyday as to how she was doing and sent pictures. She looked happy when I picked her up.

Ania was excellent! Our dog immediately made himself at home with her which made us know and feel he was safe and well cared for. She sent many updates with photos, sometimes multiple times a day. Happy we found her, would definitely book again!
