Cat Sitting in Glenvar Heights

We are new to the area and were feeling anxious about finding a pet sitter that would be kind and loving to our babies. We could not be happier that we found Jaclyn on Rover and gave her the chance. From our first time doing a meet & greet, she was genuine, honest, and explained everything she would take care of while we were out of town. Our 3 kitties loved her from the moment they met her. She did a wonderful job of sending us daily reports and photos of our babies. She checked in daily through the Rover app, always on time. One thing that stood out was how detail-oriented Jaclyn is and how she paid attention to a subtle difference in one of our cats. She reported that our 17 year old kitty was breathing differently and sent us a video. Sure enough, our girl had an upper respiratory infection and had to go to the hospital for care. We are so grateful we found Jaclyn. She is trustworthy and responsible. More importantly, she loved our babies and our babies loved her!

Jaen was responsible and took great care of my kitties, especially the one who needed daily medication at a specific time. She was punctual and provided excellent reports and pictures. I am very pleased with her services. I will definitely book her again. Thank you Jaen for your care, pictures and follow through.

I booked Pia to take care of my three cats over past long weekend, first time I left them with a drop-in sitter .Pia was great with my cats , Cristal, Mia and Eddie were happy, they are a little anxious but when I came home they were not stressed and were very calm, Pia is kind and love cats , she also gave me some good recommendations for my cats environment since two of them sometimes fight , I would recommend 100% her to anyone , your cats will be in an excellent hands , thank you Pia !!

Drew was reliable and took good care of our house.

Ruth always came on time and did all of the daily tasks that my cat needed like food, water and litter box. I would hire Ruth again because I know my baby would be well cared for.

This was our first experience with a pet service and it was excellent. The Meet & Greet with Katherine C. was very helpful. She was pleasant and attentive to the details of the house and overall cat care. She understood when we shared that she may not see our very shy Tiki and LeiLani. However, we were thrilled when she posted notes and photos of BOTH cats being fed, brushed and playing with cat toys! That extra touch convinced us she was truly a "Cat Whisperer". Xiomara did such a good job taking care of my Onion! Her updates were very detailed and pictures of Onion were so cute and made me feel so much more comfortable while I was gone. Thank you so much Xiomara!

We love Rachel, she was very nice and sent us several pics of our little kitty army. We didn’t have to worry about them while we were away. Would recommend and hope to book her again in the future.

Sam was really great with my 9-year-old kitty! She sent updates and photos daily, was responsive, and overall a great communicator. At one point she told me a storm was expected and that she would be with my boy when it was thundering when he gets nervous. She also made smart decisions about not letting him out into his catio when it was too hot. Sam even gave the stray kitties in the yard some love, which was really sweet. You can tell she genuinely cares about animals. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience! My boyfriend and i were traveling out of town and we were looking for someone to board our adorable cat for the weekend. It was our first time using Rover and we went ahead and requested for Ricardo and he responded right away. I went the next day to drop off my car at the home and was happy by the house and to see that there were two separate rooms for dogs and cats. Ricardo sent me videos and text message updates of my cat during his stay which was really sweet and great to see. We will definitely be boarding with him again! ?
