Pooja was an absolute lifesaver! She took such wonderful care of my cat, Luna, while I was away. Luna can be a bit shy/cranky, but Pooja sent me regular updates and photos showing Luna happy and comfortable, which put my mind completely at ease. It's so clear she genuinely loves animals. Shelby was wonderful! She was available for a meet and greet just a few days before my trip and sent lots of great photo updates while I was away. She was also incredibly flexible and understanding when I had a last-minute change in plans—twice! I really appreciated how easy she was to work with and will definitely book with her again.
