Dog Boarding in Hacienda Village

Natalie is absolutely wonderful. I can't find enough words how to describe her caring nature and very organized care that she provided for my dog Mason. I went out of the country for 10 days and had the peace of mind that Mason would be loved and taken care of. I recieved tons of photos and videos and my doggie always looked so happy. She gave him a bath and lots of love. I will definitely ask Natalie to take care of Mason whenever we have to go out of town. You will not be disappointed with the high level of care and concern for your pet. Highly recommend, you don't have to look anywhere else.

Cynthia and her family are so amazing! They took care of my Bentley for a week while I was away for a work conference. They sent lots of pictures and videos and kept me updated daily. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much again for taking care of and spoiling my baby! ♥️

He communicated so well and was very flexible. He sent me multiple pictures throughout the day to see how Archie was doing. Archie was very happy to spend these days with him. Highly recommend.

Our Max was a rescue at 9 months old. He had been rescued when weaned and then, after 6 months, brought back to the shelter. We've had him about 7 months and feel he has lost his anxiety and has bonded well with us. We planned on a trip to Canada but we're concerned that Max might feel abandoned again. Ely and Alexa provided a family setting where they could have continuous and loving contact with him. He returned home appearing confident as ever. Daily pictures and messages assured Jane and me that Max was thriving.

Maria was a wonderful dog sitter, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she provided. She was reliable, communicative, and clearly attentive to our pups’ needs. Even when our travel plans changed due to flight cancellations, she was understanding and accommodating, which we truly appreciated. Diana was amazing with our dogs! She was communicative, flexible, and kept us updated throughout the entire stay with messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. You can tell she genuinely cares and treats the dogs like her own!

Cilene watched my 10 year old pup 🐶 who can be anxious around new people. Celine took amazing care of her and my girl really enjoyed her time with Celine. She stayed the weekend. Celine’s home is very cozy and has calming energy. She has a pond with all kinds of critters just outside her door, so lots of entertainment for doggies. I will absolutely book with her again and would recommend her to anyone considering Celine to watch their baby.

Mikayla was amazing with my two large, high-energy dogs. She confirmed my reservation months in advance and was especially accommodating over New Year’s, which made my travel plans completely stress-free. She stayed in touch every day, keeping me updated on how the dogs were doing and how they were behaving. She was incredibly kind, professional, and flexible. One of my dogs had a vet visit right before I left, so I had to leave her with medication and detailed instructions. Mikayla had no issues administering the medication and followed every step exactly as instructed. I’m so grateful for the care she provided to my doggies. Thank you so much, Mikayla!

I had such an amazing experience with our dog sitter! He watched both of my dogs and treated them like family. Every single day he sent pictures, updates, and detailed information about how they were doing, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. My dogs absolutely loved having access to his beautiful backyard, and they also enjoyed spending time with his sweet dog Luna. You can truly tell he cares about animals and takes pride in making them feel comfortable, safe, and loved. Laura and Eduardo were great with coffee, Eduardo made so much progress with Coffees shyness with males. I will 100% recommend to friends and family as well if your pup is a shy one. Great sitters , will book again!

Darvis took care of Victor two times in different days. He was a wonderful sitter. Very responsible and attentive. VIctor loved him :). If we come again to Miami we will definitely choose him as sitter. We strongly recommend Darvis if you need someone to take care of your pet!

Linda was great from start to finish. When I pulled up and dropped Skooter off she was thankful to know all of my dogs skooters care instructions. She sent pictures daily and answered any of my questions. Great care giver for your fur baby. I’ll def book again with her.

Jessica was wonderful with my Sasha Fierce!! First of all it was a last minute booking and she was super responsive!! She sent tons of pictures and constantly updated me on how things were going. Some of the pics she got of Sasha are Super Gorgeous!! ( I'm kinda jealous I never get pictures that good) Anyways, Jessica was super attentive and communicative. I would definitely recommend her for your sitter needs!

Revised Rover Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Outstanding experience! We left our dog Oliver with Sian and her husband for a week and couldn’t be happier. Sian was quick to respond and very thorough when asking about Oliver’s routine, food, and habits. From the moment we dropped him off, Oliver was relaxed and comfortable with them. Sian and her husband clearly love dogs and gave him plenty of attention. They sent wonderful daily pictures, took him on walks, and made sure he was happy and well cared for the entire time. Oliver came home happy, healthy, and well-exercised. We would book with Sian and her husband again without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you both! ❤️

This was our first time boarding. Nancy was wonderful at keeping us updated on how Theo and Sandy were doing which allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation. The pictures she sent each day looked like they were also having a vacation!!

Drop off and pick up were smooth. I like that they have other dogs so my dog won’t get bored. Debbie is vey pleasant and sweet. Definitely my on the go sitter for my baby. Thank you,Debbie!

Becca is amazing. It was our first time leaving our baby with someone who we didn’t know and our experience was outstanding. Becca provided daily reports with photos and we felt very safe.
