My first time using Rover and Heaven was absolutely phenomenal!!! 10/10 will book again next time we need a sitter. She sent updates and pictures every day, and her communication was amazing! If anything changed from what we’d originally set up, even a little bit, she immediately let me know. Very clearly invested in providing the best care, I had zero concerns with her watching my fur baby, she was awesome to work with! ✨😊

Abbie did an amazing job while we were away for a long weekend! Our cat Julien is usually very shy, but he quickly warmed up to Abbie, which says a lot about her experience working with new pets. She followed our instructions closely and provided a status update and pictures during each visit. She also went above and beyond to briefly meet Jules (and us) in advance! We will definitely work with Abbie again in the future.
