Toni was so great with my 2 cats, who are already stressed at the commotion in the house as we prepare to move. It was so comforting to see their daily interaction videos, and hear her talking so sweetly to them.
Heaven was great with my kitties and was very attentive to their needs while maintaining great communication about previously discussed concerns (anxiety and some litter box issues).
