I am beyond grateful for the incredible care our cats received while we were away. You can truly tell how much Shawnee loves animals by the way she goes above and beyond. I got regular updates, photos, and came home to very happy cats. It made being away so much less stressful knowing they were so loved and cared for. I honestly can’t recommend her enough!

Elizabeth was awesome. She took great care of our girls while we were away. So good that we had her come back to care for them so we could enjoy some time at Disney with our grandson for his birthday. Will definitely rebook again!!

Bonnie was able to do a meet and greet within 12 hours of first contact with me. She agreed to drop in on my pups so my friends and I could enjoy some ocean time. Reliable and dependable pet sitter. I will continue to connect with Bonnie each time I need a sitter in Winter Haven.

We took a long trip and had Samara look after our two kittens while we were gone. The kittens are not completely socialized yet, but Samara definitely won them over by the time we got back. She was very attentive, sweet, and patient with them. She also sent lots of updates and pictures!

Sheryl was truly amazing! From the very beginning, she was professional, kind, compassionate, and incredibly accommodating. I reached out with a last-minute request to care for my dog, Cathy, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything would go smoothly. Before my trip, Sheryl took the time to come for a meet-and-greet so Cathy could get to know her and feel comfortable. That meant so much to me. Cathy connected with her immediately, she was happy, playful, and completely at ease. Seeing how quickly my dog trusted Sheryl gave me so much peace of mind. Throughout my trip, Sheryl was exceptional. She was always on time, followed Cathy’s strict schedule perfectly, and after every visit she sent detailed updates and adorable photos. Those updates reassured me every single day and allowed me to relax knowing Cathy was safe, happy, and receiving so much love and attention. Sheryl’s genuine love for animals shines through in everything she does. She has such a warm, positive, and caring personality, and it was obvious that she treated Cathy as if she were her own. Finding someone you can trust with your pet is priceless, and I am so grateful I found her. I wholeheartedly recommend Sheryl to anyone looking for a dependable, trustworthy, and truly compassionate pet sitter. She exceeded every expectation, and I will absolutely be asking her to care for Cathy again in the future!

Maryana was incredibly responsive and attentive, and truly spent quality time with my cat. She sent me multiple daily updates with photos—including his food and litter box—which completely put my heart at ease and my mind at peace while I was away. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and completely relieved all of my stress and worries about leaving him in her care. I always knew he was in very good hands. Taylor did a great job for us. She kept to the schedule for the home visits and sent updates and pictures every visit. We felt at ease knowing our dogs were being checked on while we were away for our daughter’s wedding. This was our first time using Taylor and Rover.com. We would gladly book Taylor again.
