Professional, prompt, and has a true love for cats! She treated my cat Mochi as if she were her own, spoiled her, played with her, cleaned up after her, and gave her lots of love and treats. Really appreciate the care provided and communication along the way. The updates were one of the best parts of my vacation!

Jonathan did an excellent job caring for my foxy and went above and beyond what was expected. He stayed longer than the scheduled time, was attentive, dependable, and made me feel much more at ease while I was away for work. Kailani was amazing!! She is so kind and she was intentional with her time while visiting our pets! Our cats warmed up to her right away and we could tell she was spending quality time with them to ensure they felt loved and entertained. We got so many cute pictures and updates while on our trip and are so thankful we chose Kailani to watch our pets!

She was great in keeping Pumpkin fed and was able to accommodate some extra stays when we had a delay in flights, which we really appreciated! Shelley is very nice and attentive, with good communication as well.

Jackie takes exceptional care of our two felines when we go away. Not only does she feed our two kitties and help clean up after them, she spends time with them so they feel comfortable.
