Poliana is great, very kind and friendly. We felt completely safe and comfortable leaving our beloved cat in her hands. Our cat and her got along quickly and she took care of him perfectly. Karen was absolutely incredible! Little Stevie has never liked a sitter as much as she has Karen! I know that next time I go out of town Stevie will be in good hands with Karen and I will be trying to rebook with her again in the future.
