She went well above an beyond what was expected and her communication was consistent and comprehensive. She worked with scheduling and even took our particular case on exceptionally short notice. This was my second time booking Jonathan to take care of my dog Bruce, and once again, I couldn’t be happier! He took such great care of him, kept me updated with photos and messages, and clearly has a wonderful connection with animals. Bruce is happy, active and relaxed, which says it all.
