There aren’t enough words to describe how great Susana is! We had an odd situation which required us to be away from our cats for almost five months and Susana put our minds at complete ease while we were apart. She checked on them about twice a week and went above and beyond to make sure they were well taken care of. She was so thoughtful and thorough in her care and you could tell she is passionate about animals and truly cared about our pets. She was punctual, communicative and almost like a part of our family! You will not find a better pet sitter than Susana!!!

Erica was able to do a last minute drop in visit for my kitty. She was very responsive and sweet. We would definitely work with her again!
