Jordan was everything I was looking for in a dog sitter. I am an extremely type A dog mom who is used to being home with my dogs. I was very nervous leaving my dogs for an eight day trip, but from the very first meet and greet Jordan put my mind at ease. One of my dogs was instantly obsessed with Jordan the moment he met her, and my other dog (who is normally very nervous around people) even felt comfortable enough to sit next to her. During the stay, Jordan was so communicative and sent me multiple updates, photos, and videos every single day. She was very open and honest about anything in relation to my dogs and made sure that I knew exactly what was happening each day. She followed my instructions perfectly and always reached out if she had any questions or concerns about my dogs. I would recommend her to anyone and will 100% book her again.

She was absolutely phenomenal caring for our dog and cat while we were international for a week!!! She was very attentive in ensuring she got all their information, schedules and interests. She kept us up to date and even sent photos throughout her 5 night stay with our dog and cat. We’ll definitely call her again whether it is a walk or another overnight stay!

This was the second time I’ve booked with Emma and hope to book with her for any future trips! She is great about sending pics and updates which gave me such peace of mind. I was gone for a week, out of the country, and she was happy to use WhatsApp to still communicate with me. My dog can be high maintenance and need extra attention at times but I know he is in great hands with Emma! She always takes great care of my apartment and even went out of the way to wash the sheets and towels she used - she is seriously the best!

My pets are old and I never trusted anyone with my pets except the vet and my husband. Laura came and she is friendly and understanding. She stayed with my babies (3 cats and 2 dogs) for a whole day. I can only say she is the most amazing babysitter and I don’t want anyone else except her as I trust her with my babies. After 14 years I can finally go for a weekend with my husband. She is a really gem and I am going to rebook her. She is exceptional and trustworthy. My babies love her and trust her.
