This was my first boarding experience ever for my dog Tera. I was nervous initially because I had never used Rover or boarded my dog anywhere before. Kristi made me feel very comfortable leaving my big girl with her. Kristi was very kind and welcoming and had a lot of experience with taking care of dogs. My dog Tera really enjoyed her stay and had fun playing outside in her yard. I would get photos and updates which eased my mind while I was away. The communication was good and Kristi was very accommodating. Kristi even helped administer eyedrops for my girl's eye condition. Thank you so much for watching my baby while I was away and for taking any stress I had away. Please book with Kristi! She was great!

Marcos did well with Enzo. As a German shepherd, Enzo can be a lot for some people but Marcos handled him very well and Enzo was happy to have him.

Teresa and Kitt were very helpful with my first booking through this service. It is always hard to find someone you can trust with your pet (my baby). Teresa agreed to meet and greet before booking and that made me and husband more comfortable. She guided me through the whole process. They have been great taking care of my Luna. I knew Luna would love their backyard ( she loves sunbathing). They were accommodating with Luna’s routine ( she loves long walks and some playtime). They sent us daily updates with photos which it was very nice. I would definitely recommend them, and I would book with them again in the future.

Gheraldine was great with our puppy Lilo. She can be shy sometimes but I can tell she became comfortable with Gheraldine. I really appreciated getting daily pictures and communication, it was very reassuring. Will definitely book again!!

We used Christina for the first time. Our Puggle had never been away from the house without us and it turned out great. Christina and her dogs are very loving and she took fantastic care of our dog. We had a bit of a rough start since he had never been away but settled nicely and thanks to Christina's patients and loving care he calmed down. We will use her again and know our dog will be in great hands. I am very thankful to have that peace of mind while we are gone.

Tristian was over and beyond what I could ever ask for in a dog sitter. He is very responsible and reliable. He kept us updated with pictures and videos of our fur baby. Kingston was so happy and excited to see him. I have used rover before but this experience was the best experience I’ve had. Is there a 6th star?!! Valeria gave my Frenchie Brawny such a fun and relaxing experience. She was available last minute when I needed to travel for a family emergency, and made me feel at peace with her daily reports and pictures of Brawny and all his daily activities. I felt like I didn’t miss a beat and most importantly, I felt my pup was safe and loved like he was with a family member. I would highly recommend Valeria for long term stay or a consistent daily daycare. She really took her time to get to know Brawny as she did with other pups. Her space was clean and well maintained and her daughter even did arts and crafts with Brawny which is a keepsake I’ll always have! She was very responsive and very professional! Tom was amazing. We gave him a short notice and he was able to accommodare Blue. Excelent communication, always sending photos, telling us how Blue was doing. Highly recommend. Already told him we will be a regular for now on. Thank you Tom!!!!

Jerrie and Freeman are great about sending videos and pics! They have taken good care of Lily for short stays, overnight, and extended stays and I plan to rebook again in the future.

Bronx had a great time with Donald and regina and his new furry friends. The picture update and texts were great. Very accommodating with my schedule. Would definitely have Bronx stay there again.
