Ingrid was EXCEPTIONAL! Right from the meet & greet start. She responded immediately, made it convenient for us, and was so in tune & caring. She didn't extend her stay, she took care of business, friendly & open. She truly went above her duties during her check-ins. She cleaned up after our 2 cats in ways I never asked for n when we got home everything I thought I'd have to do right away was done!!!
