Macenna did a wonderful job caring for Norman and our home. Norman has epilepsy and requires a very specific routine, including medication every eight hours, so his care involves a lot of detailed instructions and consistency. Macenna took this responsibility seriously and followed his schedule and care instructions extremely well. She is smart, responsible, trustworthy, and has a great attitude. If she ever had a question or wasn’t certain about something, she asked rather than making assumptions, which I really appreciated. She is also very receptive to feedback and communicates well—both qualities that are especially important to me when someone is caring for a pet with complex needs. I also felt completely comfortable trusting Macenna in our home. She handled both Norman’s care and the responsibilities around our house with maturity and good judgment. Having someone who listens carefully, communicates, and genuinely wants to do things correctly gave me tremendous peace of mind while we were away. I would absolutely trust her to care for Norman and our home again and highly recommend her.

Darlyn did a wonderful job taking care of my pups for the day. I really appreciated the updates and photos—it gave me peace of mind knowing they were happy and well cared for. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive sitter!

This was our first time using Rover and leaving our cats for longer than a night - Audrey did such an excellent job taking care of Andie and Effie while we were away! You can tell she really took the time to make sure they were both very comfortable and happy during our trip, while providing plenty of updates. We now know we have a great sitter to care for our cats in the future, and we are happy to recommend Audrey to others!

Stephanie was awesome while watching my special needs cat. She sent me frequent behavioral updates and alerting me about any issues. I really appreciated her quick responses and professionalism!

Jessica was great! We really appreciated that she was able to accommodate caring for our rescue pup on such short notice after our other sitter canceled on us 2 days before our vacation. After contacting Jessica, she immediately responded and dropped by at our house for a meet and greet that evening. She was very responsive both before and during her stay, including sharing lots of photos. Her regular updates throughout the weekend put us at ease. My dog, Wrigley, is a rescue with severe anxiety. He is nervous around new people, but warmed up to her immediately. I’m so glad I booked Jessica last minute. I would definitely recommend her for all of your dog care needs!

Rachael was SO AWESOME with my dogs and home! In fact, my chihuahua who takes FOREVER to warm up to strangers, went right up to her and let her pick him up WHICH NEVER HAPPENS. And after so many people from Rover NOT being very trustworthy with my home (I’ve had people throw parties, invite people to sleep over, break things and move things and leave garbage everywhere!), it was SUCH A GREAT SURPRISE to come home to my house looking exactly how I left it (and she even washed she guest sheets she used and made the bed when she absolutely didn’t have to!) She was such a God-send and I’d ABSOLUTELY recommend her, especially if you’re looking for someone to watch your kids in your home.
