The moment I met Suzanne I knew she was the right person to care for my cats during a long vacation. My intuition was correct! She went through a detailed checklist before I left, we reviewed the daily routine, and checked that I had enough food and cat litter supplies in stock for the duration of my trip. My cats liked her right away, and she sent update photos twice a day when she visited them. She also brought in my mail and offered to water plants and so on while I was away, though I didn't need that at the time. Suzanne is conscientious, kind, understands and loves animals, and I will definitely book with her again. Highly recommended!

Jessica is great! Very friendly, professional, and personable and I could tell my cat was very comfortable with her and in good hands! Devann was absolutely amazing!!! She communicated daily and kept in touch as I was away for a week while taking care of my cat Soybean. She was consistent with feeding ,taking him out for walks(even in the rain!) and so helpful in explaining everything going and how he was. I would recommend her 10x over and will for sure rebook her for any future needs!

Carolina was very nice and responsive. Even offered to come to my home for free before the booking to meet me and Jade and allow me to show her where everything was. This was our first time leaving Jade home alone and Carolina made sure we returned like we were never gone.

I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend Aubrey! She took great care of my cat while I was away. When I returned home, the house was clean and fresh—there was no litter box odor at all, which I really appreciated. Most importantly, my cat walked right up to her, which says a lot because he can be selective about people. It was clear that he was comfortable, well cared for, and given plenty of attention. This was my first time leaving Mason with anyone but family to look after him. Needless to say I was a bit stressed. We met Alexandra and I immediately felt a sense of calm with Mason. Alexandra was efficient and took great care of my boy. I received daily pictures and messages. When I got home Mason didn't miss a beat, he was his normal happy cat self and not the least bit stressed and that made me happy and relieved. I highly recommend Alexandra and I will definitely be using her again to take care of Mason.

Cathryn was amazing! We took a trip overseas and felt completely relaxed the entire time she was caring for our cats. Morty can be picky and it is obvious when we come back from a trip and he’s been stressed out, for the first time his temperament was relaxed and he settled back in routine fast. Photos and updates were great throughout the trip.
