This was the second time I’ve hired Ariela to care for my kitties and she has been wonderful each time! She is professional and great at communicating. She goes above and beyond caring for my babies which puts my mind at ease while being away. Her love for animals is evident, even my more skittish cat that typically avoids strangers has grown to be comfortable with her which speaks volumes. Bridget was exceptional! From the very first moment Dante, my cat, met her, my boy felt at ease — which is rare, because he’s usually shy and tends to hide. But with Bridget, it was different. She has such a kind and calming presence that he immediately felt comfortable. She was wonderful throughout the entire experience. She kept me constantly updated and even sent me pictures, which gave me such peace of mind while I was away. It’s clear she genuinely cares. Rosanne is the cat whisperer!! Of my three babies, two are very skeptical of new people but they took to her so naturally. Amazing communication, loved the check-in photos and report cards. My kitties were very happy furballs and I would highly recommend Rosanne for any pet sitting needs!

Ariadna sent a ton of photos and was very communicative which put me at ease. She also helped me when my pet camera and quite a few packages, she really went above and beyond!

Sitters were very caring. They sent video and pictures everyday of my Lili cat's stay. I am very happy they were able to accommodate me on short notice. I reccomend Mercedes and team! I will definitely use them again.

Once again, Aleanna and Esteban provided our cat Jason with the best possible care! Jason was so comfortable in their home, and they gave him the same love they give their own cat. Jason really enjoys the time he spends with Aleanna and Esteban! I cannot recommend them enough for cat care!
