She tends to hide under the bed when new people are around… I’m sorry they left vomit presents while you visited… thank you for cleaning it up for me! Yeah, I think it was probably nerves as well. Annelise was amazing as always! My cats really enjoy her visits. She is super friendly and patient with the cats, even letting them climb all over her! She is easy to talk to and she was always willing to bring my packages in. I can't recommend her enough!

Alex did such a great job with my cats while I was out of town! She even took the time to vacuum and let me know when my door battery was low so I could submit a maintenance request while I was out. She followed all directions and is someone I look forward to using in the future when I travel!

Sophia is very punctual and returns messages quickly. Asks questions for clarification when needed. Our cats, and German Shepherd, are very fond of her. Easy to work with too!

Celia is a natural with animals and was wonderful with my boys from start to finish! I don't even know where to begin about the difference Britnee made with our beloved cat. She came to us after a couple of bad experiences with other sitters mistreating him or not following through with bookings and saved us all. Her kindness and gentleness immediately had us all at ease. She was prompt, professional and respectful of our home. Her updates were extremely complete and informative, and she kept us informed on everything from inventory, brought in deliveries, made helpful suggestions and made sure everything was neat and clean and safe and took TONS of pictures!! The most wonderful thing about her is her personality and endless caring nature. Animals sense this about her and immediately trust they are in good hands with her. Endless cuddles, and gentle brushing and soft words are all she gives. We could not be more grateful for the love and care she provides.

Our experience with Kory was absolutely wonderful! They took care of Sherlock and Sandstorm for 14 days, and we couldn't be happier with the level of care she provided. Kory is an exceptional communicator. We received daily updates with fantastic photos and videos of Sherlock and Sandstorm having the best time, which gave us complete peace of mind. Sherlock and Sandstorm are both a little anxious around new people, but Kory handled everything with patience and professionalism. She followed all of our instructions perfectly and clearly understood Sherlock and Sandstorm's needs. It's clear that Kory has a genuine love for animals. We came home to a happy, relaxed, and well-cared-for pet. We will definitely be rebooking with them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and reliable pet sitter!

Josh was an absolutely fantastic cat sitter for my cat, Milo. While I was away, Milo was clearly well cared for: he was fed, had plenty of fresh water, and his litter box was clean. What meant the most to me was coming home to a calm, happy cat. Milo can sometimes get anxious when I’m gone, but this time he seemed completely at ease, which really speaks to the level of care and attention Josh provided. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing Milo was in such good hands. I would highly recommend Josh to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and genuinely caring pet sitter!

I highly recommend Ashlei as a pet sitter. The problem with Rover is most of the pet sitters have strong experience with dogs and not cats. Most profiles show pictures with pet sitters interacting with dogs. Ashlei has good experience with both dogs AND cats. I have 2 indoor/outdoor cats and taking care of them requires someone that understand their tricky behaviors. Ashlei helped tremendously with her knowledge and experience with cats. Ashlei is very responsive and flexible with her schedule. There are occasions when last-minute adjustments are required to my booking and Ashlei is always understanding and adapts her schedule to these changes. During the week of Christmas, my cats were having issues with their stool and weren’t eating and Ashlei spent extra time with them to make sure they were doing better. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Ashlei is reliable, does everything in her power to help, and truly cares about the pets under her care. On the Rover cards, Ashlei is descriptive about her session experience and includes pictures during her visit. I remember looking forward to reading the session cards because they provide evidence that my pets are in good hands. I can enjoy my vacation or travel plans because Ashlei is there to do an amazing job.

This was our first time using Rover and rarely have used a sitter. After reading all of the glowing reviews, we decided to give Danielle a try. She took great care of our 4 cats. She sent pictures and updates at each visit. When we returned they were not nervous or scared. ? We will definitely be using her services again!
