Doggy Day Care in Nassau Village-Ratliff

We were a little concerned about our dog's stay and interactions with other dogs, but everything was fine and Megan made us feel comfortable about the experience.

Katana and her mom were wonderful! Our little guy Atticus seems to have had fun playing with Leo. Kataya is also very responsive and accommodating.

I wish we lived in Jacksonville so I could leave our pups with Charlayda all the time! She was so lovely, as was her home and she clearly makes a lot of effort to make sure all the pups she’s taking care of are comfortable together. One of our dogs is quite nervous but she did great with Charlayda and when we picked them up they looked like they’d had so much fun. We also got a report card at the end of their stay which I’ve never seen from other sitters before so I really appreciate Charlayda taking the time to do that. Your pups will be happy and safe here!

The best ever!!! I have met many people and family’s on my journey across the states and we both agree Kaitland and her family gave us the best experience during our time in Jacksonville. She was super flexible and accommodating in every scenario we threw at her. But her family was the best part, We explored, cuddled, tended the garden, took naps, and became friends. Our 13 year old dog Auburn is very shy, but she warmed up to Brenda quickly. We received photos, and Auburn looked comfortable and relaxed. Our son is moving to Jacksonville in the near future, and we plan on using Brenda again when next in town. We highly recommend her to watch your pet.

Wendy was absolutely amazing! I had a last minute trip to Fort Lauderdale and needed a sitter in a pinch and she was available and and responsive. I had an easy drop off and she kept me updated through out the day with pics! I would absolutely use her again :)

Pepper really enjoyed her time. She had plenty of walks and cuddle time. Looking forward to booking her again soon.

We had such an amazing experience with our dog sitter while she watched Heidi and Tyreke! From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, professional, and caring, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing our dogs were in such good hands. She went above and beyond the entire time they were with her. One thing we appreciated so much was all of the updates she sent throughout the day. She constantly kept us informed with messages, photos, and little updates about how Heidi and Tyreke were doing, which honestly made being away from them so much easier. You can truly tell she genuinely loves animals and treats them like her own. Both dogs came home happy, relaxed, and clearly very well cared for. She paid attention to their needs, gave them lots of love and attention, and made sure they were comfortable the whole time. It’s not easy trusting someone with your pets, but she completely exceeded our expectations in every way. We are so grateful for the care she gave Heidi and Tyreke and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and loving dog sitter. We will definitely be using her again in the future!

Randy was super helpful and professional. We received more pictures and videos than we take ourselves in a day. It was a great surprise! We never wondered if our puppy was ok or not. After a full day of play, Max slept for 12 hours ☺️ Would recommend to anyone!
