Shelley was an excellent communicator and good problem-solver. I looked forward to her messages and photos after every visit. I'm so pleased that she took the time to play with the cats and draw out the quieter one. The house looks great - as if no visitor had been here - litter and food areas were neat, clean and trash was removed. Kitties seem very happy and normal - not at all mad that I'd left them for a week! I highly recommend Shelley and the Rover Service.

Erin was a fantastic sitter for our 4 cats. Very considerate and communicative throughout the process. She was so caring and sweet to our babies and even brought them a homemade toy. We would absolutely work with Erin again and fully recommend her to take care of your pets.

Katlyn fed, freshened water and cleaned the litter box. The cats enjoyed having her visit every day. One of the cats doesn’t come out of hiding for anyone and he came out to greet her after a few days.

Sarah is hands down the best cat sitter we've ever had! My fiancé, Michael, and I were out of town for 10 days, and she took amazing care of our two cats—each with their own quirks and special needs. What really set her apart was her thoughtful communication—she checked in with us daily, sending updates and adorable photos that completely put my mind at ease. Emily was great! We have a cat with anxiety about being alone for extended periods, and Emily was wonderful with him while we were away. She sent us updates with pictures every day and was even kind enough to bring in our mail. Will be rebooking her again for our next trip.
