Fran was fantastic! She came over and spent a little time at our house getting to know us, the pups, their routine, etc., before we left for our trip. She wrote notes down in her notebook, asked a lot of great questions and even checked on us to make sure we got home okay and that the dogs were okay after she finished her care with them. Will DEFINITELY use her again if she'll have us.
Dawn arrived on time and took Care of my dogs, including a note and picture. Very pleasant to work with.
