I’m extremely happy with the quality of service from Alyssa! She was an excellent communicator, followed directions perfectly, and made the whole experience stress-free. As a bonus, my girls were comfortable with her right away, which gave me so much peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter!

We really appreciated Samantha's help dropping in on our cat while we were out of town. She was very communicative and went the extra mile of helping bring in the mail and removing a blaring fire alarm that had a dead battery. She provided photos so we had peace of mind that our kitty was okay. Thanks again!

You simply can’t go wrong with Jennifer—she is amazing. From arriving on time for our initial meeting to caring for my precious Sammy, she went above and beyond every expectation. When our plans unexpectedly changed and I forgot to let her know her services would be needed a day earlier, Jennifer caught on immediately. With just a casual text, she recognized the situation, updated the booking on the Rover app, and seamlessly added the extra day. Her attentiveness and initiative truly impressed me. I really can’t thank Osvaldo enough for being available and so kind when it came to checking in on my cats. I frequently have to travel and it’s hard to get people to stop by. Corey was phenomenal with our cats! Provided excellent pictures and care and even went above and beyond when we were concerned for one of our cats who tends to hide all the time. Cannot recommend him enough and now we feel comfortable being able to leave our animals knowing that he’s caring for them. We will definitely be rebooking in the future!
